With nearly two decades of dedicated service in the Third Sector, I have built a career spanning from frontline delivery to senior management in the social care sector. My focus has been on enhancing staff well-being, optimizing work environments, and refining organizational practices to support both teams and individuals effectively.
As a practicing psychodynamic therapist and member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), I am committed to ethical and holistic well-being. I specialize in guiding organizations that assist individuals facing significant life challenges, leading initiatives that embed innovative practices, deliver comprehensive training, and develop robust policies for impactful change.
My work includes facilitating Reflective Practice sessions, promoting mindfulness, and creating supportive, relational environments. I help teams align their practices with organizational values while enhancing their well-being through therapeutic techniques.
As an experienced trainer and educator, I have shared my insights as an honorary teaching fellow at Coventry University and a guest panelist at Warwick Law School. Additionally, I facilitate alternative therapy sessions that integrate counseling with sound therapy techniques, further supporting staff well-being and organizational health.
